An opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to support students in an elementary school setting. This role focuses on fostering developmental skills and addressing the unique needs of a Pre-K through 3rd-grade caseload.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant field
- Current Illinois state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with students with autism and implementing sensory diets
- Strong evaluation skills to assess and develop individualized therapy plans
- Familiarity with play-based therapy techniques
- Previous experience in a therapeutic day setting is preferred
