EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: Master's degree in speech pathology, audiology or related field. ASL experience preferred. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California State Clinical and Rehabilitative Services Credential - Language, Speech and Hearing or California State Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential. Valid authorization to serve as Remedial Speech and Language Specialist. Valid California Class C driver's license. 1.0 FTE; 184 work days Master's Stipend - $2,825 or Doctorate Stipend - $3,725 (prorated monthly) Provide speech and language assessments and therapy to students who have a variety of handicapping conditions; determine eligibility for services and therapy; provide therapy in the areas of receptive and expressive language, articulation, stuttering and voice; support the transition of students through the education system.
