Responsibilities of the Speech-Language Pathologist: Evaluate and assess students speech and language abilities to develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs. Monitor and assess student progress, modifying therapy approaches as needed to achieve goals. Maintain accurate and confidential records related to assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress. Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology to provide high-quality services. Requirements for the Speech-Language Pathologist Position: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Colorado licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility for licensure. Experience working with students with diverse speech and language needs is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
