The Manager of Rehab will take responsibility to lead and guide daily center operations including resident/patient care and satisfaction, scheduling, budgeting, and supervising an incredible therapy team in skilled nursing and outpatient departments. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Demonstrating and leading team competency in providing quality therapy services to residents/patients including: Evaluation, intervention, education, treatment planning/implementation, and outcome analysis, discharge planning Managing inpatient caseload with a talented skilled nursing administration to ensure an excellent experience for all Managing small outpatient caseload with intake and Director support for operations Coordinating with center Director regarding day-to-day supervision and management of therapy staff including: Maintaining appropriate staff levels including interviewing, hiring, and team scheduling Leading and inspiring team members and managing their work duties Conducting annual performance reviews and setting performance goals WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Master's degree or higher in PT, OT or SLP or associate degree from a recognized PTA or COTA program A valid FL license in PTA, PT, COTA, OT or SLP. 5 years clinical experience; skilled nursing and management experience preferred. Organized, solution-oriented and self-motivated individual who demonstrates an eye for detail and a heart for compassion Ability to be inspiring and demonstrate leadership to a dynamic team- be proactive, resourceful, and collaborative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate between residents/patients and staff.
