Salary: $3876 / Week Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Carpinteria. The SLP will provide speech and language therapy services to students across various grade levels, supporting their communication needs to enhance academic and social success. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. + Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. + Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings. + Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student communication goals. + Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines. + Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies. Qualifications: + Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. + Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility). + Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates may be considered. + Previous experience in a school setting is a plus. + Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
