Private Practice Opportunity!* Hearing Doctors of Iowa is hiring two clinical audiologists to add to our growing team. Serving a patient base with adult hearing diagnostics as well as hearing aid dispensing, fitting, cerumen management, and follow-up care. Hearing Doctors provides evidence-based audiological care in Iowa and will soon provide a center of specialty tinnitus care in Des Moines. *A diagnostic only position is negotiable for the right candidate.* The clinic is state of the art and has thousands of established patients to care for in addition to the opportunity to attract new patients. We offer incentives for growth for our audiologists and a competitive benefit plan in addition to a base salary commensurate with experience. Qualified candidates are a doctorate or master's level audiologist or possess an associates degree in hearing instrument science and the appropriate licensure to practice and dispense in Iowa. Candidate must possess clinical independence and the desire to integrate into the community and seek out opportunities to grow the position to its' fullest potential. The desire to help the communication needs of every individual with compassion is a must. *About the Practice:* Hearing Doctors of Iowa, an Ankeny based practice, is the headquarters of the Hearing Doctors of the Heartland. The practice is privately owned by an audiologist who shares time between locations to facilitate hearing healthcare services in both metro and rural areas. We currently have established locations in Ankeny, Clive, Boone, Nevada, Fort Dodge, Spirit Lake and Storm Lake, Iowa in addition to Quincy, Macomb, Galesburg, and Kewanee in Illinois. Support and teamwork are highly valued in our tight knit team, as well the ability to work independently and make clinical decisions in alignment with the culture of our practice.
