There is a dynamic food department and a fabulous and fun life enrichment department. _*If you want to work with a fun team, while getting to deliver true resident centered care, we are the company for you!*_ The right SLP will have a great attitude and be willing to deliver superior customer service to our residents and their families.: - Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients - Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Experience: - Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred but willing flex for the right candidate - Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and swallowing - Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans - Familiarity with medical terminology and case management practices - Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and treatment plans - Empathy and compassion for patients with communication disorders If you meet the qualifications outlined above, we would love to hear from you.
