• Current Texas State Licensure
• Current CPR Certification
• One year of experience minimum
• Time Management
• Interpersonal Skills
• Great Organization

Goal of this position: This role's goal will be to build a strong therapy assistant team with the supervisor being the team lead. Expectations of the Role:

• Supervision of 4 full time assistants
• Completion of Supervision hours as outlined by AOTA and ECPTOTE
• Coordinating caseloads/make-up visits between assistants
• Completion of all documentation with 48 hours
• Cosigning all treatment notes
• Completing appeals as needed for current patients
