About the Role:
We're seeking a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school team near Bridgeport. This role focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disordershelping students improve their communication skills and thrive in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapy for speech, language, and communication needs

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking

• Collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Connecticut SLP license (or eligibility)

• CCC-SLP certification (preferred)

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Strong clinical skills and ethical practice

Requirements:

• Completion of clinical practicum and supervision

• Knowledge of current treatment techniques

• Comfortable working under ASHA and state guidelines

• Excellent documentation and communication skills
