A dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant is sought to support a dynamic school-based team in the St. Johns, FL area for the remainder of the 20252026 school year. This full-time position focuses on providing essential services to K12 students, ensuring that they receive the speech and language support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver instructional and therapeutic services to students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in conjunction with lead therapists.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the school.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
• Provide both direct and indirect services while communicating effectively with educators and parents regarding student progress.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida SLPA license.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting.
• ASHA certification is a plus, demonstrating commitment to professional standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
