Position Overview:
As an SLP with Soliant, youll provide vital speech and language support that helps students improve communication skills, succeed academically, and engage fully in their educational experience. This role blends clinical expertise with teamwork, making a real difference every day.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication needs

• Develop tailored, effective therapy plans to address each students unique challenges

• Deliver individual and small group therapy sessions

• Work closely with teachers and school staff to integrate therapy goals with classroom activities

• Partner with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and resources to support speech and language development at home

What You Bring to the Table:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field

• Valid New York State SLP license or certification

• Experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required

• Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and accurate documentation
