Virtual School Occupational Therapist (OT) Alaska

Position Overview:
Were hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to work with students across Alaskavirtually! If youre passionate about supporting students development and independence, and you're comfortable delivering services remotely, wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Do:

• Conduct virtual assessments to understand students motor, sensory, and daily living skill needs

• Create individualized therapy plans and collaborate with teachers and families

• Deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions focused on fine motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and independence

• Track student progress, adjust goals as needed, and maintain clear, timely documentation

• Join IEP meetings to offer insights, accommodations, and recommendations

• Work closely with educators and caregivers through teletherapy platforms

What Youll Need:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Alaska OT license (or eligibility to obtain it)

• Pediatric experience preferred; teletherapy experience a plus

• Strong clinical knowledge in sensory and motor development

• Reliable internet and comfort using teletherapy tools

• Great communication and collaboration skills
