Physical Therapist (PT)

On With Life's (Brain Injury/Stroke/Neuro) Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation Program is seeking a full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for our person-centered, challenging, rewarding, fast-paced, collaborative, and transdisciplinary team!

This full-time Physical Therapist (PT) position works Monday-Friday between the hours of 8a-5p, 40 hours per week, with occasional slight variations to meet unique scheduling needs. On rare occasions you may have the opportunity to travel to other On With Life clinic locations.

We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at your anniversary. We are an evolving Outpatient Neuro program that continues to grow in size and in the multitude of diagnoses we serve, including CVA, Parkinson's, Post-Concussive Syndrome, Post Covid, Brain Tumor, GBM, Movement Disorders, and Complex Neuro.

Is an excellent educator and passionate about providing encouragement

Qualified applicants must have:
An Iowa Physical Therapy license
Ability to maintain CPR certification
