Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

New Start Staffing is seeking a licensed and credentialed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive services to students with speech and language challenges. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting communication development in school-aged children and contributing to student success.?

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct assessments to identify students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.

- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress.

- Maintain documentation and data to track student performance and service compliance.

- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team evaluations.?

**Qualifications:**

- Valid Washington State ESA Certificate for Speech Language Pathology.

- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

- Experience in a school setting preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.?
