We're looking for someone who has the availability to provide a minimum of 22.5 hours of direct patient care per week. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 3 weekdays of availability. Full-time is also available. The PT hired will work with the geriatric population. Overview: A growing organization in Ohio is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload in the Berea, OH area. The PT will provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) to homes in the area. The full-time or part-time position includes a flexible schedule / hours per week based on your preference. At a minimum, we are looking to hire a PT to work 22.5 hours of direct patient care per week. The Physical Therapist hired will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients in homes of older adults.
