Quick Glance: This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the Highland Park, IL area. All billed as Medicare Part B. We're looking for someone who has the availability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week. If PRN / Per Diem, the candidate hired will perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 3 weekdays of availability. Full-time is also available and is preferred. The PT hired will work with the geriatric population. Overview: A growing organization in Illinois is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload in the Highland Park, ILarea. The PT will provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) to homes in the area. The full-time or part-time position includes a flexible schedule / hours per week based on your preference. At a minimum, we are looking to hire a PT to work 12 hours per week. The Physical Therapist hired will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients in the homes of older adults.
