Job Overview: This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients physical, emotional, and social needs. Assess patients' abilities to perform tasks related to self-care, work, and leisure. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals. Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve patients motor skills, coordination, and cognitive functions.
