Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Rehab Carolina is seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant for the Moncks Corner location who specializes in Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy and personalized care. We are a fast-paced, locally-owned office with emphasis on community and compassion.* _Responsibilities:_ You will be coordinating with the Physical Therapist to progress each patient through their plan of care with the goal of restoring function and educating patients for long-term success. This includes thorough documentation within our web-based EMR to communicate patient progress and alert PT and physician when issues arise. The right candidate will have a great attention to detail and a passion for helping those in need.
