Provide supervision, as needed, for staff Physical Therapy Assistants in delivery of the PT plans of care. Assist as needed with patient screenings for the need for Physical Therapy. Communicate progress and any barriers toward PT goals with interdisciplinary team members. Complete timely PT documentation in compliance with regulatory, licensing, and payor requirements. Assist with maintaining both the rehab gym equipment and treatment area in a safe manner, using good infection prevention methods. Provide and document patient, family, and caregiver training regarding each PT patient's specific plan of care and recommendations for follow up. Perform additional duties as required. *Qualifications *include*:* PT degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Texas license in good standing as a Physical Therapist. Meet physical requirements to deliver PT responsibilities. Experience in a geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred. The first payment of $1,000 will be made with the next payroll after the full-time employee as documented above has successfully completed 90 days of work without any disciplinary action. The third payment of $1,000 will be paid upon the successful completion of 9 months of full-time employment without any disciplinary action.
