Mountain Park Physical Therapy department is a fast-growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in Phoenix, AZ. We treat a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses for patients of all ages. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic physical therapist to join our health care team.

Essential Functions
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and self-care strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology.
Position Qualifications
A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of physical therapy.
Position Qualifications
A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of physical therapy.
