Speech Language Pathologist (SIGN ON BONUS)

$5000 Sign on Bonus $5000 BONUS after one year of service. Addison County Home Health and Hospice is looking for a Speech and Language Pathologist to serve both pediatric and geriatric patients within Addison County, Vermont. This individual will be responsible for assessments and treatment of speech and language disorders, including congenital, developmental, acquired and organic involvement. The therapist will develop a plan of treatment which is approved by the patients physician. In the delivery of treatment, the therapist uses independent judgment based on common principles of pathophysiology and accepted standards of care. This candidate will work collaboratively with patients, families, other disciplines and other community agencies to help better serve the patient.
