The school SLP is responsible for providing direct support and interventions to students, consulting with teachers, families, and other school-employed professionals to improve support strategies. They help students meet the performance standards by assuming a range of responsibilities: 1) working in partnership with others to meet students' needs, 2) providing direction in defining students' roles and responsibilities, and 3) ensuring appropriate services are being provided. Candidates must be eligible for Colorado State license. Compensation is based on degree level and experience.
