Responsibilities: As a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll play an essential role in providing hands-on therapy to help children of all ages improve mobility, strength, and independence. Assist in delivering personalized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist. Provide engaging, play-based therapy to enhance motor skills and functional movement. Educate families and caregivers on home exercises to support continued progress beyond therapy sessions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other specialists, to ensure the best outcomes. Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program. License: Active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
