Clinical experience in respiratory care is often preferred, especially in critical care settings. Education:
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. License:
Valid Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) license issued by the State Medical Board of Ohio. Certifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Current certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) may be preferred.
