Physical Therapist, Skilled Nursing Facility

MedAdventures *is looking for a skilled *Physical Therapist* to join one of our largest Skilled Nursing Facility partners in the *Langhorne, PA* area! *Compensation and Schedule:* * Target Pay Range $50-55/HR W2 * Comprehensive benefits options * Flexible Schedule is M-F Day Shift *Responsibilities* * Screen/Evaluates all residents to determine need for Physical Therapy. * Establishes an individualized treatment program with consultation to facility staff in areas of Physical Therapy. * Provides results of the evaluation and treatment objectives to caregivers, family members, and residents. * Completes all documentation as required by the fiscal intermediary, within the designated time frame. * Implements the treatment program based on evaluative results. * Monitors the resident's response to treatment and alters the treatment plan as appropriate. * Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides. *Required Qualifications:* * Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university. * Current and valid license granted from state of employment. * Previous experience in long-term care preferred, but not required. *Keywords:* Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy, Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Nursing Facility, rehabilitation therapy, SNF Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Continuing education credits * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Medical Specialty: * Geriatrics Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No nights * No weekends License/Certification: * Physical Therapy License (Preferred) * CPR Certification (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Langhorne, PA (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Langhorne, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
