What You'll Do: Implement and modify physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist. Use aquatic therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and coordination. Guide patients through personalized rehab programs that help restore function and enhance quality of life. Educate and empower patients and families with knowledge and resources for ongoing recovery. Maintain accurate, timely documentation to ensure high-quality, seamless patient care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for our patients. What You Bring: Active PTA license in Georgia. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required. Experience in aquatic therapy and orthopedics preferred (but we'll train the right candidate!). A positive, patient-first attitude and strong teamwork skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer skills and a commitment to maintaining high-quality documentation.
