Level Up Medical Massage is seeking passionate, therapeutic-minded Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to collaborate with us as independent contractors (W9). We hold two government contracts:

1. One providing medical massage for clinically referred patients
2. Another focused on therapeutic wellness and rehabilitative care

Our goal: revolutionize how massage is delivered in a clinical setting, particularly for patients who are often overlooked in traditional care systems.

Available Booking Opportunities
We currently have steady demand and open availability for bookings during:

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM 3:00 PM

Weekdays: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM 7:00 PM

As an independent contractor, you choose your availability. We offer flexible opportunities based on your preferences and our clinic hours. Therapists available for weekend and afternoon slots tend to build a full caseload quickly.

Compensation & Perks
$50$60 per hour, based on tenure with the practice

100% of tips go to you (tips are not expected, but occasionally occur)

No laundry duties we use a professional linen service
Scheduling, billing, and admin support provided

Scrubs stipend included We ask that therapists wear professional medical scrubs in shades of blue or green. A stipend is provided to help cover this cost.

Ideal Partners Will Have:
An active Arizona LMT license

Professional liability insurance

Strong therapeutic presence and ethical standards

A desire to educate patients and foster trust

An interest in clinical collaboration and long-term growth

Priority will be given to female therapists available during high-demand hours.
