Responsibilities of this job are the following:* *Duties:* * Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans * Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises and manual techniques, to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function * Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote recovery and prevent further injury * Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care * Keep accurate and detailed records of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans *Requirements:* * Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist * Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program * Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pediatric physical therapy * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members * Ability to assess patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans Full time position: 30 - 40 hours per week Wages determined per experience We are an equal opportunity employer Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * License reimbursement * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Medical Specialty: * Geriatrics Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Choose your own hours Work Location: In person
