Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Outpatient

Company Background: Current Physical Therapy was started in 2017 in Fruitland, Idaho. Since then, we have added 4 more locations in the Treasure Valley, as well as an Occupational Medicine Therapy program with a pediatric emphasis. We are a locally owned, growing outpatient organization with five locations, and have a sixth clinic opening in January of 2024. Here at Current, our goal is to provide unmatched patient care, and this starts with our professional team. What we are looking for: We are actively seeking a prospective COTA to work part-time, with flexible shifts Monday through Friday. Your compensation package will consist of an hourly salary, performance-based incentives, and PTO. Annual fuel stipends will be considered, dependent upon needs. Job Description: This position will fall in an hourly range of $25.00 to $30.00, depending on experience. In addition, we would like to discuss performance-based incentives with you. Annual fuel stipends may be added into the package, and we would be open to discuss this with you. This position is expected to be part-time, with 25-30 hours of dedicated work per week. We operate Mondays through Fridays, and keep our facilities open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. . Qualifications: - An Associate's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. - Strong interpersonal and communicative skills - Ability to remain organized while effectively managing time Skills: - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex medical concepts to patients in a clear and understandable manner. - Strong problem-solving skills to adapt treatment plans based on patients' progress or changing needs. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
