Home Health Occupational Therapist Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Little Rock seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our esteemed team. Requirements: Active Occupational Therapist license or registered in the state of Arkansas. A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact. Previous acute OT experience preferred. Home Health experience is a plus but not required. Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to: Visit patients in their homes and assisted living facilities to provide occupational therapy. Create care plans for occupational therapy, carry out OT sessions, and document and chart patient progress. Update the Therapy Director about patient status, admit and discharge patients as necessary, and perform any other assigned OT duties.
