Job info and responsibilities of the Physical Therapist: We provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, to a varied patient population from about teenagers through the nineties, for different conditions such as Orthopedic, Post-op, TMJ, Vestibular, Work Conditioning, PCE, Return to Sport Testing, Pelvic Health, and more. The clinic features a large 6500 sq ft facility with 2 gyms and modern physical therapy equipment. We are looking for a Physical Therapist and your responsibilities will include: Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and obtained goals Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient For this position you will need to be care focused with an ability to work in a large clinic.
