Massage Therapist (RI LIC REQ)

Licensed Massage Therapist \*job pay based on experience/performance ($60K - $90K) We are seeking a highly-skilled and reliable licensed massage therapist to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role with our spa staff, ensuring the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience possible for clients. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work independently. Duties and Responsibilities for Massage Therapist * Perform majority of the massage services provided by the spa * Conduct pre and/or post treatment consultations * Attend all staff meetings and continuing education workshops * Monitor and follow the schedule throughout your shift * Align with company policies and procedures Requirements and Qualifications * State of RI Massage Therapy license is in good standing * Has valid insurance * Work experience as a massage therapist * Schedule flexibility, including weekends and evenings * Exceptional customer service skills * Keen attention to detail * Ability to manage time well and prioritize work Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year Expected hours: 14 - 40 per week Benefits: * Continuing education credits * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid sick time * Paid time off * Referral program Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Every weekend * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay * Tips Experience: * Massage Therapy: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Massage Therapy License inRI (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Providence County, RI: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations
