Occupational Therapist, Part Time

We offer: * Flexible hours - 8-4, 9-5, or 10-6. * Working alongside other Therapists * potential for growth * Being apart of a GREAT team * Mentorship available Apply so you can have the opportunity of being part of the Revhab Family! *Job Description:* * Evaluate clients & develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs. * Choose activities that will help the clients to carry out their daily works independently. * Monitor clients as they carry out the task given to them. * Observe & assess clients progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly. * Maintain safe and clean working environment. * Maintain documentation of client care services by auditing records. * Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to team effort. *Qualifications/Requirements:* * Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. * Current New York State OT License. * Experience in an Assisted Living settings preferred. * Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience. * Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations. * Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $57,000.00 per year Schedule: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday License/Certification: * Occupational Therapy License (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Port Jefferson Station, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
