Job Details: Respiratory Care Practitioner Location : Correctional Facility in Soledad, California Pay Rate $43 to $47.5 Per Hour + Quarterly Bonus Schedule : 6 to 9 months Full Time Contract Eligible for extension Mon - Fri 07:00am - 03:30pm Requirements: RCP Respiratory Care Practitioner Twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years rendering direct patient care in public or private institution. Clinical competencies must be current Valid Photo ID Driver's License or Passport (Required) Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association Valid California Respiratory Care Practice License Hard Copy & NBRC license (Required) Benefits: Respiratory Care Practitioner 24hr paid sick time Payroll - Weekly direct deposit This is a great opportunity for temp to perm state position with exceptional state benefits should one open up Duties/Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to: RCP Respiratory Care Practitioner Perform care consistent with generally accepted evidence based practice Set up equipment and provide instructions for use of equipment for each patient/youth per established policy and procedure Perform complete medical evaluations of patient either during regularly scheduled clinic hours or upon request Maintain all charting on a daily basis.
