Thank you, and I look forward to connecting! *New grads welcome to apply* *30k sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if needed* Shift: M-F 40 hours or option to work 4/10hr shifts SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise therapy assistants, technicians, students, and volunteers as applicable. Communicate with other health care providers regarding client care and treatment plans. Provide training and education for hospital staff as requested. Complete patient documentation in a timely manner to meet regulatory and organizational requirements. Attend continuing education programs and present findings to appropriate staff as applicable. Review and complete all insurance authorization requirements for patients in a timely manner. Assist with performance improvement for rehab department and hospital. Understand use and precautions of any treatments and equipment used. Positively contributes to the departmental financial performance/productivity. Education/Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited PT program. Licensure: Virginia State Therapy License, Physical Therapist Trainee in Virginia, or Compact Privilege.
