Speech Language Pathologist

$3,000 sign on bonus! Game Changer is looking to hire an additional Speech Therapist to join our team of qualified professionals. We offer a 4 day work week year round for our therapists! No holidays or weekends ! We offer Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and ABA Therapy. Our Speech therapists assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various speech deficits. Game Changer Therapy is also currently interested in potential part time as well as contractual speech language pathologist to fill specific company needs. If you are interested in non full-time employment, please feel encouraged to apply as well. * Communicate with patients to evaluate their levels of speech or language difficulty * Determine the extent of communication problems by having a patient complete basic reading and vocalizing tasks or by giving standardized tests * Identify treatment options * Create and carry out an individualized treatment plans * Teach patients how to make sounds and improve their voices * Teach alternative communication methods, such as sign language, to patients with little or no speech capability * Work with patients to improve their ability to read and write correctly * Work with patients to develop and strengthen the muscles used to swallow * Counsel patients and families on how to cope with communication disorders Game Changer offers many benefits including making your own schedule, flexible schedule, managing your own caseload, health insurance,etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift Education: * Master's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
