Position: PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant)
contract: 13 weeks
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 8-5 Monday thru Friday, 40 hrs/week
Experience Requirements: 1 year of PTA experience in a clinic or hospital setting
Experience Preferred: 2 years PTA experience
License/ Certification Requirements: KS PTA license
Floating Requirements: none
Weekend Requirements: none
On-Call Requirements: n/a
Holiday Requirements: none

Notes: (Client-specific information, equipment information, charting system, trauma level, radius requirements, etc.) 8hr non-billable pay, bi-weekly pay period.
Client is allowed the cancellation of two shifts per month at no cost to the client and no pay to the THP. Will provide a minimum 2 hours notice.
