Physical Therapist

## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings such as inpatient, outpatient, acute care, and clinic environments. Knowledge of trigger point therapy, geriatrics, and physiology is highly desirable. ## Responsibilities - Provide patient-centered physical therapy services - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' needs - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques - Maintain accurate and timely patient records ## Qualifications - Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist - Experience in inpatient, outpatient, acute care, or clinic settings - Familiarity with trigger point therapy and geriatric care - Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to provide compassionate patient care Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients through your expertise and dedication to quality care.
