Soliant is seeking qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join a supportive team in Ashland, Virginia, for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, contract position working with students in grades PK5.

Position Details:

• Discipline: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Number of Openings: 3

• Start Date: August 18, 2025

• End Date: May 26, 2026

• Hours per Week: 37

• Daily Schedule: 7:30 AM 2:45 PM

• Caseload Size: Mid-40s

• Student Population: Pre-K through 5th grade

• School Sites: Most likely split between two schools (specific locations TBD)

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Virginia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)

• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
