Type: Independent Contractor (1099) | Flexible Schedule | Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: $58$79 per session + tips, add-ons & bonuses
Are you an experienced massage therapist who takes pride in delivering thoughtful, therapeutic work? Earth Body Massage in Bend is looking to bring on two talented LMTs to join our thriving, client-focused practice.
We are not a spa. We are a results-driven, bodywork-centered studio for clients who are seeking real relief, deep tissue work, and experienced professionals. If you're looking for a calm, welcoming environment where your work is respected and your schedule stays full, this might be the perfect fit.

High client demandwe're fully booked and regularly turning away business. We accommodate 24 massage appointments per day, we are busy!!
Quiet, clean studio space with a healing, minimalist aesthetic
Tools and supplies provided: organic massage products, heated tables, cupping, gua sha, hot towels, and stones
Monthly massage trades with coworkers
Owner support for CEUs and professional development
You manage your own scheduleno micromanaging
Supportive, professional team culture
Ideal Candidates:
Licensed in Oregon (LMT) and AMTA-insured
Comfortable and confident with deep tissue massage
At least 1 year of post-licensure experience
Familiar with SOAP note-taking and charting
Clear communicator and team player
Committed to delivering quality care and results
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Open Shifts:
Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM and/or 2:30 PM 7:30 PM
Additional hours may be available depending on demand
Compensation:
$58 per 60-minute session (private pay)
$66 per 60-minute insurance session
$79 per 90-minute session
100% of tips go directly to you
Add-on and product sales commissions available
