Salary Range: $37.39 - $51.42 per hour (equivalent to approx. $77,771-$106,954 annually for full-time status, based on a 40-hour workweek)
Compensation is determined based on clinical experience and qualifications and may be subject to upward adjustment.

Duties/Responsibilities
Practices Physical Therapy consistent with, and is knowledgeable of: the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice Guidelines, state laws, and payors compliance guidelines.
Effective time management skills including ability to meet productivity standards.
Able to complete all documentation requirements with high quality and within timelines.
Effectively directs and develops Physical Therapy Assistants involved in the care of their patient(s)
Achieves high quality patient outcomes through continued professional development and usage of evidenced based practice.
Minimum/Required Qualifications: Graduate Physical Therapy Program accredited by the Commission on accreditation of physical therapy education.
Must have current license or is license eligible by the State of Ohio, PT, OT, AT Board, and Section 4755.40 to 4755.53 and 4755.99 Ohio revised code.
CPR certification required.
Minimum one year clinical experience in health care setting delivering direct care.
