Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in students lives? Join a supportive team in Lompoc, CA , for the 20252026 school year! Were seeking a full-time SLP to provide services across transitional kindergarten (TK) through 12th grade .

• Serve a diverse, mixed caseload across multiple grade levels (TK12)

• Work closely with special education staff, general educators, and families

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services in accordance with IEPs

• Caseload size to be determined based on district assignments and needs

• Collaborate on assessments, therapy planning, and IEP development

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid California SLP License and ASHA CCCs

• Prior school-based experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
