Position Summary:
This school-based opportunity offers the chance to work within a multidisciplinary educational team serving a diverse student population. You will play a critical role in developing student access to learning by supporting fine motor skills, self-regulation, and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform formal evaluations using standardized tools to identify motor, sensory, and functional needs

• Develop individualized intervention plans based on IEP goals and student-specific data

• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in compliance with IDEA and district protocols

• Participate as a clinical expert in IEP meetings, contributing to team-based planning

• Maintain professional documentation standards aligned with both school district and state guidelines

Ideal Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Texas

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

• Strong command of therapy documentation systems and progress monitoring tools

• Ability to manage caseloads independently while fostering collaboration with educational staff

• Clear communication and professional advocacy in a multidisciplinary environment
