Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based position in Bridgeport, Texas for the 20242025 school year. This is an on-site role where you'll work directly with students, providing essential therapy services that promote participation, independence, and school success.

Position Overview:

• Location: Bridgeport, TX

• Schedule: Full-time, on-site

• Caseload: Assigned based on experience and district needs

• Contract: Full 20242025 school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports for students with occupational therapy needs

• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy to students in educational settings

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families

• Maintain documentation and ensure service delivery meets state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Texas

• Strong understanding of school-based therapy practices and IDEA regulations

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Previous experience in schools or pediatrics preferred (but not required)
