• Evaluate students and create OT plans tailored to individual strengths and needs

• Provide direct, hands-on therapy that supports fine motor development, sensory integration, and daily task performance

• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and special education teams

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive, student-first culture

• Track progress with care and adjust strategies as students grow

• A current Texas OT license

• Experience in school or pediatric settings (or a passion for learning the ropes)

• Strong communication skills and an ability to build trust

• A heart for students, and a belief in small victories that lead to big changes
