As the schools OT, youll support students who need a little extra help to succeed in the classroom and beyond. Youll provide hands-on therapy, collaborate with educators, and play an essential role in helping students become more confident and independent.

• Working one-on-one with a student whos learning to use assistive tools

• Guiding a classroom teacher on sensory strategies that improve focus

• Evaluating motor skills to shape a student's IEP goals

• Meeting with parents to share a childs progress and next steps

• Adjusting treatment plans to match students changing needs

• A current Occupational Therapy license in Texas

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Previous school or pediatric experience (preferred but not required)

• A practical mindset and a passion for building skills, not just meeting minutes
