As an OT in the Bridgeport school district, you'll do more than check boxes. Youll shape confidence. You'll fine-tune potential. Youll show students how to hold pencils, zip coats, open mindsand sometimes, doors they didnt think they could walk through.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Evaluating student needs with a sharp eye and a compassionate heart

• Crafting individualized treatment plans that serve both the student and their learning goals

• Delivering hands-on therapy sessions that build skillsand self-esteem

• Collaborating with teachers and special education staff as a key part of the IEP team

• Tracking growth, adjusting strategies, and celebrating progress

What Were Looking For:

• A licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas (required)

• Experience with school-based or pediatric therapy is a plusbut not a must

• Creativity, patience, and a passion for student-centered care

• Clear communicator who thrives in a team environment
