School-based SLPA needed to support speech and language services for PreK students in Napa, CA. This full-time role involves assisting a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a caseload of approximately 40 students during the 20252026 school year. Previous school-based experience is highly preferred.

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for PreK students.

• Collect and document student progress data during therapy sessions.

• Prepare therapy materials and support the development of intervention activities.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to promote student communication goals.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute observations to support student success.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with professional and ethical standards.

• Previous experience as an SLPA in any setting.

• Previous school-based SLPA experience is highly preferred.

• Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent field is required.

• Valid SLPA certification or eligibility to obtain certification in California.

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
