Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Previous experience working in school settings preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff. Knowledge of IEPs and related documentation processes. Location: Lynden, WA Responsibilities: Implement occupational therapy plans as directed by licensed therapists. Assist students with individual needs, promoting engagement and participation in classroom activities. Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions. Collaborate with educational staff to ensure integrated support for students. Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities as available.
