Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 20252026 school year.
Job Details:
Full-Time (Approximately 32 hours/week)
Onsite Preferred (May consider virtual closer to the start date)
K12 Caseload
Mild to Severe Needs
Experience with AAC and nonverbal populations required
Schedule may include working across two nearby campuses
Start Date: September 3, 2025

Qualifications:
Must hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist License in [State]
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFs may be considered
License must be current and in good standing
Familiarity with school-based therapy settings is a plus
Skills & Abilities:
Experienced in working with students who use AAC or are nonverbal
Proficient in speech/language evaluations, IEP development, and therapy planning
Strong communication and collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams
