Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 20252026 school year.

Job Details:

• Full-Time (Approximately 32 hours/week)

• Onsite Preferred (May consider virtual closer to the start date)

• K12 Caseload

• Mild to Severe Needs

• Experience with AAC and nonverbal populations required

• Schedule may include working across two nearby campuses

• Start Date: September 3, 2025

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist License in [State]

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFs may be considered

• License must be current and in good standing

• Familiarity with school-based therapy settings is a plus

Skills & Abilities:

• Experienced in working with students who use AAC or are nonverbal

• Proficient in speech/language evaluations, IEP development, and therapy planning

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams
